If Noah Cyrus were of age to be making a video talking about beer, then I would probably be out of a job. Ten-year-old Noie posted a video of her and a relative on Youtube singing along to Ke$ha’s song, “Tik Tok”. It seems rather odd to me that her parents are allowing her to listen to Ke$ha, let alone lip-sync to this crap. In the video, she’s sporting a pair of big sunglasses and a cane as she
