E-Trade Moves To Have Lindsay Lohan Case Dismissed

In March, Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against E-Trade, saying that they used her name without permission, for their baby of the same name. With the baby saying, “Milka-what?”, Lindsay is trying to prove that they are demeaning her character and saying that she’s basically an alcoholic. She also claimed that she’s on a first name recognition, such as Madonna or Cher. That alone, is truly
