The actress-and-singer had no idea her hockey-player lover - who she has been dating for over two years - was planning to get down on one knee during a romantic holiday in Hawaii last week.Her sister, Haylie Duff, revealed: "She was completely surprised. I don't think that happens all the time. I think most of the time people figure it out or have some idea that it's going to happen, and I think
