Chinese Stealth Fighter

Muhammad Assegaf, Pengacara Susno Duadji, mempertanyakan independensi Tim Independen yang memeriksa kliennya. Dia mengatakan ada penyidik Susno yang terlibat dalam kasus arwana yang menjerat kliennya sebagai tersangka itu.



"Independensinya sangat diragukan. Apalagi di sana disebut-sebut ada nama yang terlibat dalam makelar kasus ini [arwana], yang duduk di tim independen. Tapi saya lupa siapa namanya," kata Assegaf di Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Selasa 11 Mei 2010.

Apakah indikasi itu berada pada penyidik yang duduk sebagai ketua tim independen? "Antara lainnya," jawab Assegaf singkat.



Sebagaimana diketahui, Ketua Tim Independen ini adalah Irjen Pol Mathius Salempang. Saat pemeriksaan kasus arwana PT Salmah Arwana Lestari, Kapolda Kalimantan Timur itu menjabat sebagai Wakil Direktur I Bareskrim. Dia termasuk tim pemeriksa kasus PT Salmah Arwana Lestasi pada tahap pertama.



Karena pertimbangan itu lah, lanjut Assegaf, Susno meragukan tim yang menamakan dirinya tim independen ini. Tim ini, tambah dia, hanya merangkum kesaksian dari orang-orang yang dalam tahanan, seperti Sjahril Djohan dan Haposan Hutagalung. Kesaksian itu lah, kata dia, yang dipakai untuk menentukan Susno sebagai tersangka.



"Susno sangat beralasan karena kesaksian tadi. Yang dijadikan dasar adalah kesaksian mereka," kata Assegaf.



Assegaf menambahkan, sebelum Susno dijadikan tersangka dan ditahan, sudah ada pra kondisi. Pra kondisi itu antara lain, sidang kode etik Kompol Arafat.



"Sepertinya (Arafat) ditugaskan yang penting kamu sebut nama Susno, diskreditkan nama Susno oleh karena itu Kompol Arafat dengan tenang menyebut nama Susno," kata dia.



Sementara itu, dikonfirmasi soal keterlibatan penyidik Susno dalam mafia arwana, Kepala Divisi Humas Polri, Irjen Pol Edward Aritonang mengatakan dalam pemeriksaan penyidik menemukan adanya gratifikasi.



"Jadi bukan pada kasus yang berjalan itu, tapi gratifikasi," kata Edward.(vivanews)
