Sebenarnya status Ariel dan Luna Maya belum mengalami perkembangan lantaran polisi belum melakukan pemeriksaan lebih jauh pada keduanya termasuk melacak keberadaan pelaku yang sengaja menyebarkan video mesum Ariel dan Luna Maya ke publik.



Ada cerita menarik ketika proses pemeriksaan. Ketika akan diperiksa, dari keterangan kesehatannya, Ariel lemah dan pucat bahkan mengigil. Apakah karena ketakutan atau memang karena bebannya terlalu berat? Lantaran kesehatan dan kondisi psikologis Ariel dan Luna Maya yang belum stabil maka pemeriksaan keduanya ditunda.

"Dia memang sangat tidak berharap dilihat orang, dia menjadi korban," ujar Ito lagi.



Sebelumnya usai datang ke Mabes Polri, Jumat (11/6/2010) lalu, pengacara Ariel-Luna, O.C. Kaligis juga menegaskan kliennya hanyalah korban. Namun ia memilih no comment ketika ditanya keaslian video itu.



Saat diwawancara di Kabar Petang TV One, Sabtu (12/6/2010) ini, O.C. pun kembali menolak memberikan ketegasan mengenai keaslian video tersebut. "Masalah-masalah privacy tidak pernah dibuka di depan umum. Kalau saya bicara masalah pokoknya, akan dianggap menyebarluaskan. Kalau saya sekarang ngomong macam-macam, saya bisa masuk penjara," urainya.
